The Cross Train Method comes out of seventeen years of ballet, personal research and results with certifications in Sports Performance. It is the fusing of Pilates, Barre, HITT, mobility and flexibility training. Together, they create a method that activates the deepest layer of small muscle groups which produces full body results from the inside out.

BEHIND THE SCIENCE

As a dancer, I knew about the basic principles of Cross Training early on in my career but after my injury (read the story in my bio) and doing in-depth research during that time, I saw that cross training could offer more. I began to combine foundational movements of all the methods above to create a workout for myself that would build every muscle group. I realized after applying these movements to training, that it built a more well-rounded body and deeper mind-to-muscle connection. Athletes, particularly dancers, training under me recognized improved postural alignment, greater flexibility, deeper core strength, less injuries, alleviation of pain, a more toned physique without the muscle bulk, and all around full body transformation. For myself, I saw my body recover faster and come back stronger after my injury.

During this time, I had been seeing a deep lack in the training/fitness industry to offer women a method that could create functional strength for their body at any season of life. This lack made me realize this method could be expanded beyond the athletic world and be applied to women’s fitness. Allowing women of any age to use athletic training principles to transform their bodies from the inside out.

My motto is to “ start the transformation from the inside to give yourself the best work out".”

THE CROSS TRAIN METHOD FOUNDATIONS
