Creator of the Integrative Flow Series & TWJ Online studio Strength and Stretch Instructor

Jess Bell has been guiding movement for ten years. Yoga first began as a tool to quiet and calm her mind but soon became a discipline that changed her ability to live confidently and peacefully in her body.

Her classes focus on honoring and listening to our bodies with intentional breath and movement. A steady yet strong approach to slowing down, turning inward, and creating a place of internal harmony accessible to each and every woman.
